During this period, our tradition teaches, we must reach out to “clean up” our relationships and seek reconciliation.
As much as we may want to believe it has been achieved, it is clear our freedom is still a work in progress and isn’t evenly distributed among all citizens.
It is only through discomfort and curiosity that we can begin to build a better world for all our children and for all of us.
