According to Mental Health America, there are over 53 million Americans who are unpaid caregivers to family, friends and neighbors. At JFS, our Family Caregiver Support Program aims to support unpaid family caregivers while reducing stress and anxiety.
Right now, finding new ways to support loved ones is vital. We’re excited to be part of a new pilot program offering virtual mental health trainings.
As our routines continue to shift dramatically, finding control where we can is important. At home is a great place to start.
This year, it’s been bittersweet to watch spring arrive. It is so lovely and hopeful, but also a painful reminder of what we are all missing.
