Give 2, Provide 10 for the JFS Food Drive

JFS has some unconventional math for this year’s Food Drive.Give2-V1-crop

And it’s 1 + 1 = 10.

Because each month, two bags of food equal about 10 meals for every household that visits the Polack Food Bank.

That’s why this year, JFS is asking participants to Give 2. If you are able, please consider donating not just one bag of groceries, but two. Those two bags will make their way to the Food Sort before going to the Polack Food Bank and into homes of vulnerable community members.

Thanks to your generosity last year, JFS collected more than 35,000 pounds — 2,000 grocery bags — of canned food donations during the 2015 Food Drive. Together, we helped feed more than 1,300 households each month.

This year, Give 2 and provide more healthy meals for vulnerable individuals and families.
